RDX QuikStor is a solution for secure, reliable and portable data storage at an affordable cost. The Tandberg Data RDX QuikStor media have a special shock-resistant desing, in order to guarantee maximum data protection and secure handling. Your data can be easily copied via "drag and drop" to the RDX media. You can also follow the RDX QuikStor integrated into your backup environment.

Capacity expansion and Media Rotation

Cross-media Backup allows you, the extension of the backup capacity over a RDX media. All you need is a feature of this unterstüzende backup software. For a full disaster recovery strategy, implementing a media rotation with at least three RDX media is recommended: A disc in the drive for the next backup, a second one on the way to / from office and a third medium in a secure, remote location.

The Tandberg Data RDX QuadPAK Rackmount Kit provides users with a simple and inexpensive solution, their drives in a 19" rack installed. The RDX QuadPAK allows you to integrate up to 4 external RDX USB drives and greatly simplifies backup and restore operations. 

Encryption

software encryption is supported by all RDXLaufwerken. The new SATA III drives are prepared for hardware encryption. 

Additional security

RDX WORM (Write One Read Many) media enable legally compliant archiving. Data can not be deleted or overwritten. The free RDX Cartridge Encryptor (RCE) software encrypts your data on your RDX media. 

Fixed Disk Mode for Windows Backup

The Windows Backup current desktop and server operating systems no longer supports removable media. Thus, external software must be used, or to dispense with operating system upgrades. The Fixed Disk mode of the RDX QuikStor allows you to seamlessly integrate into the Windows backup.
