The Fischer PowerFast II 4.0x40 PH TX VG blvz is a high-performance wood/chipboard screw designed for fastening applications in timber and for fixing metal components to wood. It features a 4.0 mm diameter, 40 mm length, 8.0 mm head diameter, and 35 mm thread length. The PH TX drive combines Phillips and TX recess characteristics for secure bit guidance and efficient torque transfer during installation. The blvz finish is blue passivated zinc plating and is chromium VI-free. Its optimized underhead geometry, double-cone design, milling pockets, and tip ribs help deliver fast bite, lower driving torque, reduced wood splitting, and quicker installation. It is suitable for load-bearing timber constructions, joining wooden parts, and use with Fischer plugs such as DuoPower and UX at recommended loads. Pack content is 200 pieces.
