The Fischer FIS V Plus 360 S is a high-performance 2-component, styrene-free vinyl ester hybrid injection mortar for heavy-duty fixing applications in cracked and non-cracked concrete, masonry and aerated concrete. It is supplied in a 360 ml shuttle cartridge and includes 2 FIS MR Plus static mixers. Resin and hardener are stored separately and are mixed only during extrusion, ensuring controlled and reliable installation. The mortar is suitable for anchor rods, internally threaded anchors and post-installed rebar connections, and it is approved for use even in water-filled drill holes. ETA approvals cover post-installed rebar and applications in cracked and non-cracked concrete. The expansion-free anchoring principle enables low edge distances and small spacing. Approved service life is up to 100 years. Colour: grey. Indicative mechanical properties include flexural strength 15 N/mm², compressive strength 60 N/mm², tensile strength 10 MPa, modulus of elasticity 4.3 GPa, density 1.70 ± 0.1 g/cm³, thermal conductivity 0.65 W/mK and pH > 12 at 22°C.
