It supports USB 2.0 Full Speed connectivity and is compliant with PC SC and CCID standards for plug and play operation on most systems. The reader supports ISO 7816 Class A B C cards at 5V, 3V, and 1.8V, microprocessor cards using T 0 and T 1 protocols, memory cards, CAC, SIPRNET, and J LIS cards. Additional features include PPS support, short circuit protection, optional SAM slot support, and durability rated at 100000 card insertion cycles or more. The module is intended for indoor use, has a black finish, and is suitable for OEM and security-focused embedded deployments.
