It is designed for plug and play deployment and includes a DIP switch for fiber Auto Negotiation or Manual mode plus LFP enable or disable control. The converter supports troubleshooting and link monitoring features such as Link Loss Return and Link Loss Carry Forward, making it suitable for FTTx and long distance Ethernet extension up to 10 km. It provides one 10 100 1000BASE T RJ45 port with Auto Negotiation and Auto MDI MDI X, and one 1000BASE LX single mode fiber port with SC connector. Supported networking standards include IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3ab, and 802.3z. Additional features include full wire speed forwarding, IEEE 802.3x and back pressure flow control, 16K jumbo frame support, OAM TS 1000, IEEE 802.3ah, and bandwidth control.
