It uses store-and-forward switching with a 1.2 Gbps switch fabric, 0.89 Mpps throughput (64-byte), 1 Mbit buffer and a 2K (2048) MAC address table. The unit supports auto-negotiation and Auto MDI/MDI-X on copper ports, provides flow control (backpressure and IEEE 802.3x), and complies with IEEE 802.3/802.3u/802.3x. Built for industrial use with an IP30 metal enclosure, DIN-rail and wall mounting, 12–48 VDC input with removable terminal block, redundant power support and reverse polarity protection, and 6000 VDC Ethernet ESD / 6000 VDC power-line EFT protection.
