The Petromax Feuertopf ft6-t without feet is a cast iron Dutch oven designed for cooking over open fire, embers, charcoal, or in a conventional oven. It features a flat base without legs, making it suitable for outdoor use as well as kitchen oven use. The pot is made entirely of cast iron and comes pre-seasoned, so it is ready to use without initial seasoning. The lid has a raised rim for holding hot coals, enabling even top and bottom heat for roasting and baking, and it can also be used upside down as a skillet or serving plate. It includes a sturdy carrying handle and a thermometer hole for checking temperature without lifting the lid. It is ideal for slow cooking, roasting, braising, baking bread, and preparing meat and vegetables.
