Pattex Repair Extreme is a 1-component, moisture-curing, solvent-free elastic adhesive gel based on silane-modified polymer (FlexTec®). Supplied in an 8 g tube (approx. 7 ml). It provides flexible, shock-resistant bonds with high initial tack and gap-filling capability up to 5 mm. Typical open time 3–5 minutes, fixing/clamping 1–3 hours, curing approx. 2 mm per 24 hours; full strength develops within ~24 hours. Temperature resistance typically -50°C to +120°C. Suitable for indoor and outdoor repairs on metal, glass, ceramics, porcelain, wood, leather, textiles, rubber, PVC, stone, mirrors and expanded polystyrene; not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, ABS and rigid polystyrene. Dries transparent, solvent- and acid-free. Check the product SDS for safety and shelf life details.
