The Ooni Koda 12 UU-P07000 is a compact gas-powered outdoor pizza oven designed for fast, high-temperature cooking. It reaches up to 950°F (500°C), preheats in about 15 minutes, and can cook a 12-inch pizza in around 60 seconds. The oven body is made from commercial-grade cold-rolled carbon steel with a high-temperature resistant powder-coated finish, with stainless steel internal components, base and legs, aluminum front and back nose sections, and a 10 mm cordierite baking stone. It features instant wind-protected gas ignition, a precision control dial for temperature adjustment, and a Flame Safety Device that automatically shuts off gas if the flame goes out. Foldable legs make it portable and easy to store, and the included regulator and hose connect it to a propane/LPG tank.
