The MERCUSYS MS128GP is a 28-port rackmount Gigabit network switch designed for reliable PoE+ deployments in small and medium business environments. It features 24 Gigabit PoE+ RJ45 ports, 2 additional Gigabit RJ45 uplink ports, and 2 Gigabit SFP combo slots, making it suitable for IP cameras, access points, VoIP phones, PCs, NVRs, and other PoE-enabled devices. The switch supports IEEE 802.3af/at standards, delivers up to 30W per PoE port, and provides a total PoE budget of 295W. Extend mode supports PoE transmission distances up to 250 meters, while Isolation mode separates traffic between ports 1–12 and 13–24 to improve security and reduce broadcast storms. It also offers port prioritization for ports 1–4, PoE auto recovery, MAC address auto-learning and auto-aging, IEEE 802.3x flow control, and plug-and-play operation with automatic MDI/MDIX. Built with a durable metal housing for better heat dissipation and EMI resistance, the switch measures 440 x 180 x 44 mm and can be installed on a desktop, wall, or in a standard rack.
