Description
The de Buyer Choc Induction 32 cm non-stick frying pan is a French-made pan designed for both professional and home cooking. It features a thick cast aluminum body, approximately 5 mm thick, for excellent heat distribution, stability and resistance to warping. The interior has a durable 5-layer PTFE non-stick coating, PFOA-free and highly scratch-resistant, making it suitable for delicate foods, sautéing, reheating and smooth plating. The induction-compatible stainless steel base with a honeycomb structure improves heat diffusion and allows use on all hob types, including induction. Its Lyonnaise profile with gently curved sides helps slide food easily from pan to plate. The handle is made of riveted steel for strength and durability. Suitable for all cooktops. Hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge is recommended, and overheating an empty pan should be avoided.
