Made in France, it features a flat edge-free design that maximizes usable surface area and allows baking paper or silicone mats to lie perfectly flat. Its micro-perforated surface with approximately 3 mm holes promotes even hot air circulation for more homogeneous baking results and improved pastry texture. It is suitable for tarts, cookies, viennoiserie, delicate pastries, and general baking applications. It can also be used as a support tray for pastry rings and frames during hot or cold preparation. The aluminum construction provides excellent thermal conductivity while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. The recommended maximum oven temperature is 220°C. It is dishwasher safe and can also be cleaned by hand using a non-abrasive sponge. For best use, do not heat empty and use with baking paper or a silicone mat.
