The Petromax Feuertopf ft9-t without feet is a heavy-duty cast iron Dutch oven designed for cooking over open fire, charcoal, grill, oven, gas, ceramic and induction hobs. It features a flat base without feet, making it especially suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. The surface is pre-seasoned for immediate use and develops improved natural non-stick properties over time. Its massive cast iron construction provides excellent heat distribution and long heat retention, ideal for slow and even cooking of meat, vegetables, bread, stews and roasts. The lid can also be used separately, and its raised rim allows charcoal or embers to be placed on top. The pot includes a sturdy carrying handle and a thermometer hole in the lid for temperature checking without lifting the lid. Pot capacity is about 7.5 liters, while some sources list total capacity at around 8 liters including the lid. It is suitable for approximately 8 to 14 people. Overall dimensions are approximately 36.8 x 33 x 19.5 cm and weight is approximately 10.8 to 11.6 kg depending on source measurement method.
