The GreenPan Evolution Frying Pan 20cm Black is a PFAS-free ceramic nonstick frying pan from GreenPan’s Evolution collection. It has a 20 cm diameter and a body made from 25% recycled aluminium with a Magneto induction base for even heat distribution and compatibility with all stovetops, including induction. The Thermolon™ ceramic nonstick coating is diamond-reinforced and Scratch Guard protected, and it is free from PFAS, PTFE, lead, and cadmium. The matte stainless steel handle stays cool and is detachable for easier recycling. The pan is oven safe up to 200°C and dishwasher safe. It features drip-free edges for cleaner pouring and a thick forged base for stability and responsive heating. Suitable for healthy low-oil cooking such as frying, sautéing, searing, eggs, and fish.
