The Marcato Otello Champagne Heritage is a limited-edition manual pasta machine, 100% made and assembled in Italy and part of Marcato’s Heritage line. It celebrates the original 1930 pasta machine designed by founder Otello Marcato, combining vintage styling with modern materials and precision. The machine features a chrome-plated aluminum structure with PVD treatment, food-grade anodized aluminum alloy rollers with a slightly rough surface for better sauce adhesion, and high-resistance polymer resin combs and scrapers. The base and handle knob are made of solid wengé wood with a natural oil finish. It makes three pasta formats: lasagne up to 150 mm wide with 7 thickness settings from 0.8 mm to 4 mm, fettuccine 6.5 mm, and tagliolini 1.5 mm. It includes a 7-position thickness regulator, removable combs for easy cleaning, an ergonomic wooden handle, and a clamp/tightening strap for stable use on flat surfaces. Product dimensions are approximately 226 x 177 x 182 mm and weight is about 2.5 kg. Not dishwasher safe.
