The Keychron V5 Ultra (V5U-D3) is a 96% wireless custom mechanical keyboard from Keychron designed for low-latency gaming and highly customizable typing. It supports QMK/VIA/ZMK firmware, tri-mode connectivity with wired USB-C, 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.3, and delivers an 8000 Hz polling rate in both wired and 2.4 GHz modes. The board comes with pre-lubed Keychron Silk POM Brown linear switches, hot-swappable support, gasket mount construction, PC plate, screw-in stabilizers, and OSA profile double-shot PBT keycaps. It features south-facing per-key RGB lighting with 22+ effects and a static white option, plus Keychron Launcher web configuration for remapping keys, macros and layers. Power is supplied by a 4000 mAh battery rated up to 660 hours with backlight off. The keyboard is compatible with Mac and Windows and includes multiple foam layers for improved acoustics and a softer typing experience.
