Description
K2 B323 MEGA BOND is a two-component epoxy putty (40 g) for permanent bonding, sealing and repairs. Suitable for chemical-mechanical repairs in automotive, industrial and household applications. Once cured it forms a hard, sandable, drillable and paintable surface. Bonds to steel, cast iron, aluminium, copper, brass, wood, concrete, ceramics, glass and many plastics. Heat resistance after curing up to +150°C. Features: moisture-resistant, solvent-resistant and mechanically durable. Working/initial set time about 3–5 minutes; full cure in up to 24 hours. Application: knead the two components until uniform (about 1–2 minutes), apply and shape. Surfaces must be clean and free of oil/loose rust. Safe handling: avoid skin/eye contact; follow standard precautions for epoxy compounds.
