It uses the Broadcom 57810S controller and PCI Express x8 Gen3 bus interface, and supports advanced networking features including Receive-Side Scaling, Large Send Offload, Jumbo Frames up to 9000 bytes, PXE boot, VLAN, NIC teaming, checksum and segmentation offload, and virtualization offloads such as NVGRE and VxLAN. The adapter delivers up to 40 Gb/s aggregate bi-directional throughput and is designed as a low-profile plug-in card, with full-height and low-profile bracket options. It includes link and activity LED indicators per port and is intended for server and data center networking applications.
