The eye area is reinforced to protect against splinters and increase durability at the head-to-handle junction. The handle is made from a glass-fiber reinforced nylon mix for strength and durability; the butt/end is covered with a soft TPR anti-slip coating for improved grip. Suitable for carpentry, woodworking tasks, removing side branches and occasional splitting.
