The Datacolor LightColor Meter (Model LCM200) is a wireless, Bluetooth-enabled incident light meter designed for accurate measurement of light intensity, color temperature, and exposure in photography, cinematography, video, and content creation. It supports ambient and flash incident metering, including corded flash sync via 3.5 mm jack and cordless flash with pre-flash rejection, plus HSS flash and flash duration measurement. The meter measures lux from 1 to 1,000,000 lux, exposure value from -1 to 18 EV, chromaticity, color temperature from 1,600 K to 20,000 K, and +/- Green/Magenta (Duv) shifts. Bluetooth 4.0 BLE enables real-time streaming to a smartphone app and simultaneous use of multiple meters. Cine/video modes include frame rate, shutter angle, shutter speed, ND filter compensation, and custom exposure profiles. Photo exposure modes support ISO, aperture, and exposure compensation adjustments. It also includes gel filter libraries for Profoto, LEE, and Rosco, ambient monitoring with adjustable sample rates, customizable alerts, and hands-free mounting options including a magnet, 1/4"-20 mount, and lanyard hole. The dome can switch between wide-angle ambient and focused beam modes. Compact and portable, it runs on 2 AAA batteries and is intended for professional lighting and exposure control.
