Its micro-perforated surface is designed to promote optimal hot air circulation and even baking, making it especially suitable for tart shells, pastry dough, cakes, pies, biscuits, and puff pastry. The aluminium body ensures efficient heat distribution, while the non-stick coating provides easy release and reduces the need for baking paper in many applications. It features slanted edges for easier handling and unmoulding. The tray is lightweight yet sturdy, with an approximate product weight of 508 g. Hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge is recommended. It is not dishwasher safe, should not be used with metal utensils, should not be preheated empty, and is not recommended for very liquid or semi-liquid preparations because of the perforated design.
