Speed is adjustable from 1 km/h up to 12.1 km/h (recommended walking pace around 6.4 km/h, running up to 12.1 km/h). Incline can be adjusted between 0% and 10% to vary workout intensity. The running deck (shock absorption system) has a thickness of approximately 11.4 cm to reduce impact on joints. Controls include a console display, magnetic remote control and smartphone app compatibility (FitShow, Kinomap, Zwift) for interactive training. Additional features: foldable space-saving frame, anti-slip running belt, emergency magnetic stop, and impact-reducing cushioning. Typical construction uses a steel frame with ABS/plastic console and an anti-slip PVC running belt.
