The Eaton 5PX 1000i RT2U Netpack G2 is a line-interactive UPS designed for server and network protection, delivering 1000VA / 1000W with a rack tower 2U form factor. It provides a pure sine wave output, 230V input and output, and includes an integrated Gigabit Network Card for remote monitoring and management. The unit features 8 IEC320-C13 outlets arranged in 2 load groups for prioritized load shedding, plus USB, RS-232 serial, and relay contacts. Energy metering for outlet groups is available via the LCD or software, and the UPS supports hot-swappable VRLA batteries with up to 4 external EBMs for extended runtime. Typical runtime is about 6 minutes at full load and around 17 minutes at half load, with higher runtimes when extended battery modules are added. The chassis dimensions are approximately 438 x 85.5 x 448 mm and the unit weight is about 19.6 kg.
