Perforated square tart form by de Buyer, stainless steel, model 3099.21. Nominal outer size 15 cm (approx. 6" x 6" square), height 2 cm, sheet thickness approx. 0.8 mm. Perforated construction ensures even baking and a crisp tart shell. Made from spring stainless steel for slight flexibility and easy release. Suitable for shortcrust, puff pastry and shortbread; professional-style finish with straight sides. Oven-safe (traditional oven up to 220°C), freezer-safe and suitable for blast chillers and refrigeration.
