The pan measures 28 cm in diameter, has an induction base diameter of 20.6 cm, and an inner height of 5 cm. The product weight is approximately 1.28 kg. It features a traditional French-style curved riveted handle for comfortable handling and control. Suitable for all hob types including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic hobs. Oven-safe up to 200°C for a maximum of 10 minutes. Recommended for low to medium heat use; avoid empty preheating and high heat to preserve the coating. Hand wash only with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners, and metal utensils. The pan comes with a protective storage bag.
