Description
Compact DC-DC boost module ME132 that converts 0.9V–5V input to a regulated USB 5V output. Maximum output current 600mA. High efficiency up to 92%, switching frequency 1MHz and low output ripple (max 20mV). Voltage regulation accuracy approx. 2.5%. Input terminals are IN+ and IN-; output is provided on a USB port. No short-circuit protection and no input reverse-polarity protection. Suitable for Arduino and other portable electronics projects requiring a boosted 5V USB supply.
