Description
The Creality x Phaetus Silicon Carbide Nozzle is a high-performance quick-swap nozzle designed for compatible Creality 3D printers. Its all-metal integrated construction helps eliminate leakage between the nozzle and heat break, improving reliability and making installation and maintenance easier. Made from silicon carbide, it offers high thermal conductivity and exceptional wear resistance with Mohs hardness up to 9.8. The patented EndCoat HV3300 coating protects the internal flow path from abrasion and extends service life, which is stated to be up to 7 times longer than a standard hardened steel nozzle. The nozzle supports a 0.4 mm orifice diameter and a maximum flow rate of up to 30 mm3/s, enabling high-speed printing up to 600 mm/s under specified calibration conditions. It is compatible with K1, K1 Max, K1C, K1 SE, Ender-3 V3, and Ender-3 V3 Plus printers, and is suitable for common materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, and TPU, as well as abrasive and composite filaments including carbon fiber, glass fiber, steel, tungsten, wood, and phosphor/boron-containing materials.
