The heat break is made from titanium alloy to reduce thermal conductivity, while the nozzle uses a copper alloy combined with hardened steel for durability and compatibility with a wide range of materials. Supported filaments include PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PLA-CF, PA-CF, and PET-CF. Precision machining ensures a tight fit with no leakage, smooth inner walls with Ra < 0.4 for reliable filament feeding, and no burrs at the opening.
