The Citizen CL-S521II is a 4-inch desktop direct thermal label printer designed for industrial and professional barcode and label printing. It delivers 203 dpi resolution, up to 150 mm/sec print speed, and a maximum print width of 104 mm. The printer features a durable all-metal Hi-Lift mechanism, a Hi-Open metal case with soft-close operation, and an internal power supply with UK+EN plug for this model. It supports enhanced adjustable media sensors for black marks, label gaps, notches, and perforated tags, along with a standard tear bar for clean media separation. Cross-Emulation automatically switches between Zebra ZPL-II and Datamax DMX languages, making integration easier in existing environments. Standard interfaces include USB 2.0 and serial RS-232C, with optional Ethernet, wireless LAN, and parallel connectivity. This model is finished in black and is well suited for labels, tags, wristbands, and high-volume direct thermal printing applications.
