Braun Scouting Cam Black800 WiFi is a trail/wildlife scouting camera designed for surveillance and outdoor monitoring. It features WiFi connectivity for app-based control, an 8 MP CMOS sensor, PIR motion detection, and IP66 weatherproof construction. The camera records color photos in JPG and videos in MP4 up to 1296p at 30 fps, with video lengths up to 3 minutes. It offers a 0.6-second trigger time, up to 20 m trigger distance, and a 120° detection angle with three sensitivity levels. Night recording is handled by 34 invisible black IR LEDs with up to 20 m range. It includes a 2.0-inch color TFT LCD display, built-in microphone and speaker, password protection, and overlays for date, time, moon phase, and temperature. Additional functions include time-lapse photo/video modes and P2P smartphone/tablet access via the free app within WiFi range. Power is supplied by 8 AA batteries, with standby time of up to about 6 months. Storage supports SD cards up to 32 GB, and the camera is supplied with a tree mount and strap for trunk mounting, with tripod compatibility.
