The camcorder includes a 1x optical zoom, 18x digital zoom, f/2.6 lens with a 7.0 mm focal length, and a 3-inch IPS touchscreen that is articulated and swiveling for easy framing and menu control. Video is recorded in AVI format and photos are saved as JPEG. Additional features include face detection, self-timer, photo stabilizer, infinity focus for distant subjects, multiple recording modes, auto and manual white balance options, ISO settings from Auto to 1600, and exposure compensation from -3.0EV to +3.0EV.
