Description
Drill bit made of high-speed steel (HSS 4241) with hardness approximately 62 HRC (±2°) and a 118° point angle. Straight cutting edges suitable for manual resharpening. Diamond/oxide coating reduces friction and increases wear resistance. Cylindrical shank with a socket diameter Ø13.0 mm and tolerance h8. Conforms to DIN-338. Intended for general metalworking: low-alloy steels and alloys with Rm < 600 MPa, non-ferrous metals and hard plastics. Use of coolant/lubricant (emulsion, oil-based coolant, ester-based lubricant) is recommended to improve hole quality and tool life.
