The Panasonic SD-YR2540HXD is a premium dark grey breadmaker designed for fully automatic preparation of bread, dough, cake and jam. It offers 32 automatic programmes for a wide range of recipes including basic, rapid, whole wheat, brioche, French, rye, sourdough, spelt, gluten free, cake, jam, pizza dough and manual settings. It features dual temperature sensors that monitor both internal and external temperature to optimise baking performance in different room conditions. The machine includes an automatic yeast dispenser and a separate raisin/nut dispenser for convenient ingredient adding during the cycle. It supports M, L and XL loaf sizes with a maximum loaf weight of about 950 g, plus light, medium and dark crust settings depending on programme. Other features include an LCD display without backlight, push-button controls with indicator lights, a timer up to 13 hours, keep-warm function for 1 hour after baking and overheating protection. The inner pan is made of aluminium with a non-stick fluorine coating, while the specially designed kneading blade and pan ribs support artisan-style kneading for improved texture. Product dimensions are 408 x 252 x 362 mm with lid closed and net weight is 7.5 kg. Included accessories are 1 sourdough cup, 1 measuring spoon and 1 sourdough starter spoon.
