Designed as a thermal interface material for CPUs, heatsinks and other components to improve heat transfer across imperfect contact surfaces. The pads offer good thermal conductivity while being electrically non-conductive, suitable for AMD and Intel CPUs and other applications requiring thermal gap filling. Includes four replacement pads.
