Operating Temperature: Ranges from 14°F to 122°F (-10°C to 50°C).
Water Resistance: Rated IP65 for enhanced water resistance.

The device connects using a Sub-1G protocol rather than Wi-Fi, offering a maximum operating distance of 200 meters (approximately 650 feet) from the HomeBase. It requires a HomeBase S280 or S380 for functionality.

Powering the sensor is a single replaceable CR123 lithium battery, which is included and lasts for more than 2 years. The physical dimensions are compact, making it easy to install.
