Description
The ACS ACR122U-A9ACSA is a USB NFC and contactless smart card reader writer designed for access control, e payments, e ticketing, identity verification, and other PC linked RFID and NFC applications. It operates at 13.56 MHz and supports ISO 14443 Type A and B, ISO 18092, MIFARE, FeliCa, and NFC Forum tag types 2 to 4. The reader offers read and write speeds up to 424 kbps, supports card emulation, peer to peer, and tag reader writer modes, and includes a built in antenna, bi color LED, and buzzer. It connects via a fixed USB Type A cable, is CCID and PC SC compliant, and is powered directly from the USB port. The unit measures 98.0 mm x 65.0 mm x 12.8 mm, weighs 70 g, and comes in pearl white. It is suitable for secure identification, micro payments, toll collection, network authentication, and other contactless applications.
